Guide to local wage negotiations in the state
As a union representative in the state, you have an important role in ensuring that NITO's members receive a fair salary development. This guide goes through local wage negotiations in accordance with section 2.5.1 of the Basic Collective Agreement (HTA) – the annual negotiations where the members' normal wage development is ensured.
