Pensions are an important topic that many young employees do not think about. Basic knowledge about pensions can influence the choices you make in your professional life and in your personal finances.
Our pension course gives you a simple and understandable introduction to how the public pension system, AFP and occupational pensions work in both the public and private sectors.
This course is tailored for young NITO members (under the age of 37) who want to gain knowledge about pensions. Most people are most concerned about salary, but it will also be natural to look at which pension schemes your employer offers you in cases where you are considering changing jobs. We will provide you with insight into the various components of the retirement system, so you can make informed decisions.
We round off by visiting a hamburger restaurant nearby.
