Executive further education: Strategic management of digital processes and AI

Application at OsloMet by 15 August

You first apply for admission as a student at OsloMet. If you are eligible, you will receive a confirmation email from OsloMet, with information on how to confirm your study place and a link to the registration page at NITO.

How to lead through digital processes?

Through this fully digital course, you will gain a solid understanding of how digital processes and artificial intelligence (AI) can lead to radical changes, from streamlining simple tasks to completely new ways of creating value.

Strategic digital processes are about seeing parts or wholes in context. Becoming a skilled digital leader is about more than understanding digital technology and how it can be used.

"It's not just about technology, but about how it is used to improve services, solve challenges and create better processes," says Professor Karl Joachim Breunig.

The programme is based on your job

This course gives you the opportunity to work on a change project from your own workplace and link professional insight directly to practice. Through the work on an action plan, you will learn to identify opportunities and use relevant tools to lead digital transformation processes in your own business.

You will gain insight into what digital processes and artificial intelligence entail, and what is required to succeed with a digital transformation. By starting from a real situation, you get both increased understanding and concrete support to develop and implement changes in your own organization. The course is practically oriented and contributes to progress and quality in the participants' own development projects.
