Welcome to an exciting lunch webinar with Sveinung Næprud from Otta in Gudbrandsdalen. Sveinung has worked as a project manager in Landheim since 2020, and now lives in Toten with his family. Since 2021, he has been a union representative for the company group in Landheim.
At the webinar, Sveinung will share how Landheim AS has built up extensive expertise in nail plate-based roof constructions since its inception in 1992. With a team of skilled designers, they deliver everything from standard lengths to complex orders and tailor-made deliveries according to the customer's needs. This includes complete walls with insulation, windproofing, and finished primed panels in the desired color. The solutions can be adapted to everything from garages to apartment buildings.
Sveinung will also share his experiences as a union representative, how NITO has been a supporter in this process of structuring the organization, and not least training in the role of union representative.
