The leadership development program is designed for those who want to strengthen their leadership identity and develop their communication and management skills. Through two sessions and individual work, you will have access to tools and insights that will make you a more conscious and effective leader.
Leadership identity and communication
At the first session, we explore your leadership identity, including an introduction to the personal tool Everything DISC. Self-awareness is a crucial tool for developing authentic and effective leadership. By taking the Everything DiSC personal profile, you gain a deeper understanding of your behavioral style and preferences when meeting others.
You will also learn about how to use communication to strengthen relationships, get concrete tools to give and receive feedback in a constructive way, and how to handle difficult conversations.
Motivation and team development
At the second session, we continue to work on your Everything DISC profile and dive into the topics of motivation and employee and team development. We reflect and work with these teams based on your personal profile.
You will learn how to adapt your leadership style to motivate your team, and understand how both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation play a role. The focus is also on team management and psychological safety, where you will learn how to develop an effective team, build trust and promote good team dynamics.
