Why basic project management?
Projects are central to development and change in many companies. To ensure the success of projects, the organization needs employees with a good understanding of project management. This introductory course provides you with the necessary basic competence to be able to participate actively in projects.
Course content
The course is based on recognized standards in project management: PMI's "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge", "Managing successful projects with PRINCE2" and ISO 21500 "Guidance on Project Management".

Practical information
- The course has a duration of approx. 2-3 hours and consists of 12 lessons that end with a summary quiz. You get to watch videos, try your hand at tasks and answer questions that help you to reflect on how you can succeed with projects in your company.
- You get access within two working days and have the course available for 12 months, so you can repeat and use the content in your own working day.
- When you have completed the course, you will receive a course certificate describing what you have learned in the course. The course certificate can be shared on LinkedIn if desired.
