NITO is an active organisation with many committed union representatives, in company, group and agency groups, in the local branches and in central boards, councils and committees. Many are union representatives for a period of time and then move on with their experience. NITO always needs more skilled and committed members as union representatives.
The local branches - important hubs in NITO
Nomination committees in NITO work all year round to find the good and committed candidates for various positions and tasks in NITO. As a member-driven organization, it is important to have commitment and expertise everywhere.
The nomination committees are completely dependent on your input/proposals for candidates for boards and any other committees for the coming period.
Who can be proposed?
- The branches' union representatives or committed members with working membership.
- It is desirable that all collective bargaining areas and both genders are represented on the board.
- At NITO, we also want to recruit younger members to positions on the branch boards.
