Apply for support for catering at the annual meeting of the company group
NITO's local branches set aside funds each year for the business groups to apply for in their budgets.
The business groups (including local groups/departmental groups) can receive financial support from their local branch for an annual meeting. The amount is to cover meeting costs and simple dining. Necessary travel and accommodation expenses may be additional.
Activity and profiling
The departments may provide additional grants/assistance for the business groups' activities, including profiling and visibility, within the department's adopted budget and action plan.

Application, documentation and disbursement of the funds
Applications are completed via a simple standard form and sent to the branch office. Company groups that receive grants from NITO must document their use to the department.
- A list of participants must be enclosed when claiming reimbursement for costs for catering
- If the amount is to be paid to a private individual, this is a refund of expenses and original vouchers are required
- If NITO is to cover the entire cost, invoices can be addressed and sent directly to the department. This must be arranged in advance with the branch office
Support is not given for the administrative operation of the company groups, social events in the company groups or gifts/attentions. This must be covered through your own company group membership fee or through self-payment in connection with the event. Support is not given for digital meetings where you sit separately.
As far as possible, company groups, agency groups and group groups must try to get the employer to cover necessary expenses for meetings. In addition, company groups, agency groups and group groups may also have their own additional membership fee of up to 10% of the NITO membership fee to cover different needs locally.
