Support for agency and group groups
You can apply for financial support from NITO for operations, training in organisational and employee representative work as well as annual meetings.

Can we apply for OU funding?
Information and development funds (OU funds) can be used for training in organisational and employee representative work (Chapter 5 of the joint guidelines for NITO).
- OU funds are initially limited and mainly cover key union representative courses.
- Agency and group groups can apply for courses and conferences to be covered with the help of OU funds, but the rules vary within the different agreement areas.
- Groups within the private agreement area cannot currently apply for OU funds from a central source.
The application must include the following:
- Detailed draft programme for the course with estimates of time spent per topic
- Specified budget that includes costs for travel, board and lodging plus any fees for external lecturer(s)
- Estimated number of participants
- Estimated course location and duration
- Estimated time of implementation
- Estimates of aid from NITO's secretariat
