Annual meeting papers and minutes

NITO is a member organization where all members have influence. NITO's democracy runs through the departments. The annual meetings are the department's highest body. Here you will find the last two years' protocols for the departments.

The departments are a formal part of NITO's management system. They attend congresses and management meetings, and thereby help influence NITO's strategies.

  • The annual meeting is the departments' highest body, where members and union representatives from the business groups meet.
  • The annual meeting elects representatives to the branch board, which is responsible for operations throughout the year.
  • The annual meeting shall also consider: the annual report and accounts from the previous year; cases received; goals, action plan and budget for the current year; remuneration of departmental union representatives and representatives at central collective bargaining conferences.
