Democracy in NITO runs through NITO's 19 departments. All working members have the right to vote at the branch annual meeting.

Through the annual meeting of the company group, members can allow a union representative to exercise their voting rights at the annual meeting in the branch. This form is completed by the union representative in the company group after the annual meeting decision (in the company group) regarding representation.
