You've made a smart choice. Here you can see what you have in store and what you should do before the start of the course.

What you'll learn

NITO Intro 2 is the course where you dive fully into everyday life as a union representative. In the course, you will learn

  • How to organize and operate your business group
  • how the collaboration with management can be set up
  • What you can do for members who need help
  • how to use laws and agreements to find a good solution
  • how to prepare and conduct the local wage negotiations

This Intro 2 course is digital and consists of

  1. Modules you complete on your own. You take the first one before the first time we meet live. You will receive a link to the digital classroom a few days before the course starts.

  2. Live plenary sessions and group work via Teams, where you get to know other union representatives, and you learn from each other's experiences while solving tasks.

You have received the time for the four live sessions by email. Put the times in the calendar and find a place where you can sit undisturbed.
