Microcourse: Law and Agreements – Public Sector

This course is for those who work in the public sector. At the start of the course, you must choose a course according to which agreement area you belong to, either state, municipality, Spektrum or Oslo municipality. Common to all the areas is that they are regulated by regulations, and you can learn more about these regulations in this course. In addition, you will get an introduction to two important agreements, namely the employment contract and the collective agreement. Special agreements and administrative provisions are also dealt with in the course.
