Micro-course: The Negotiation System – Public Sector

This course is for those who work in the public sector. At the start of the course, you must choose a course according to which agreement area you belong to, either state, municipality, Spektrum or Oslo municipality. What is common to all the agreement areas is that there are criteria for negotiations, and that these criteria must be objective and easy to relate to.
