At this annual conference, you will meet local tariff committee chairs and the central tariff committee. A representative from the local collective bargaining committee or local branch board can sign up. It is important that each collective bargaining committee is represented at this gathering.

The conference is important for the dialogue between local and central collective bargaining units and facilitates for the participants to gain increased expertise and expand their network.

Privat

Det følger av hovedavtalene mellom NITO har med både NHO, Virke og Finans Norge at de tillitsvalgte i rimelig utstrekning skal gis tjenestefri for å delta på tillitsvalgtopplæring.

Stat

Det følger av hovedavtalen i staten § 39 nr. 2 at tillitsvalgte ikke uten tvingende grunn skal nektes tjenestefri med lønn for å delta på tillitsvalgtkurs og konferanser.

Det samme gjelder når denne type kurs/konferanse arrangeres av studieorganisasjoner som utfører oppdrag for en hovedsammenslutning.

Kommune KS

Det følger av hovedavtalens §3-6 at de tillitsvalgte har rett til opplæring som har betydning for dere funksjon som tillitsvalgt. og at slik opplæring gir permisjon med hel eller delvis lønn.

Oslo kommune

De tillitsvalgtes og arbeidsgivers gjensidige rettigheter og plikter følger av Hovedavtalen og andre tariffavtaler inngått mellom Oslo kommune og arbeidstakerorganisasjonene kap. 3. Se særlig §16 som regulerer de tillitsvalgtes arbeidsvilkår, herunder rett til permisjon med lønn.

SAN/Spekter

Det følger av hovedavtalen mellom SAN og Spekter § 52 at tillitsvalgte ikke uten tvingende grunn skal nektes tjenestefri når de skal delta på tillitsvalgtkurs eller konferanser i regi av egen forening.

Dersom du blir trukket i lønn når du er på tillitsvalgtkurs hos NITO, dekker vi tapt arbeidsfortjeneste.

Travel and expenses reimbursed by NITO

NITO covers travel and accommodation expenses when you participate in a union representative course. We will send you a confirmation of participation about three weeks before the start of the course. You must therefore not book a flight ticket until you have received confirmation of the course place.

 

Expense reports, travel bookings, and expense reimbursements

 

When a flight ticket is booked, you must use NITO's travel agreement - i.e. that the flight ticket order must be sent to . The necessary information about ticket booking, including project number is described in the confirmation. You must remember to tick the box when you bring carry/checked baggage.
