It feels like everything is a bit upside down. The world is characterized by increased geopolitical tension, rapid technological development, the climate crisis and a changing society. This affects us – nationally, regionally and locally, and the need to build resilient societies is more urgent than ever.
The October Conference 2025 wants to take this down on the ground – and onto the stage. We invite you to a conversation about how local efforts, expertise and technology can meet global challenges. Not just in theory, but in practice. In municipalities, companies, organisations, educational institutions and local communities.
The conference explores questions such as:
🔹 How do we build local resilience in the face of global vulnerabilities?
🔹 What does it mean to secure critical infrastructure and societal functions – locally?
🔹 What tools, technology and expertise do we need in the face of crises?
A detailed program will be published continuously.
