Photo-reconnaissance during the Cold War

Knut Lande is a former mechanical engineer and fighter pilot in the Air Force. He is also educated at the USAF Test Pilot School as an Experimental Test Pilot and served as a test pilot at the Air Force Supply Command, Kjeller for several years.

After leaving the Air Force, he has been technical chief pilot in Helicopter Service and later accident inspector in the Accident Investigation Board Norway. Knut Lande has more than 10,000 flight hours in 55 different aircraft and helicopter types.

In the lecture, he will also touch on photo reconnaissance assignments for both the E-services and the Armed Forces.

After the lecture, there is a soup lunch and time for social talk. Welcome!

The event will take place in the Oslo Seamen's Association's banquet premises in Kronprinsensgate 1.
