What is Mapei?
Mapei is an international player that works with the production and research of products used in building and construction, both indoors and outdoors. Products for concrete pouring, paving, floor levelling, grouting and gluing, for example, are being developed for use under various conditions all over the world. During the visit, we get a presentation of the group, the products they work with and an insight into how the factory at Sagstua works to constantly develop new and better products, and at the same time give back to the local community.
Meet NITO President Kjetil Lein
NITO President Kjetil Lein participates in the visit to meet you as a member and get an insight into the factory in Odalen. He will also talk briefly about current issues NITO is working on, and about how the organization works for engineers and technologists.
Food, professional replenishment and guided tours
We start with a small snack before Mapei gives a presentation of the business. Then there will be information from Kjetil Lein, before we end with a tour of the factory. Preliminary times can be found below.
