NITO is a member-driven organization where the members elect the highest political leadership and decide on the development of NITO. This is done at the congress every three years. The Executive Board is NITO's highest political body between congresses.

The Executive Board is NITO's highest political body. The Executive Board is elected at the congress every three years. The Executive Board consists of 13 members, including the President, Vice President, Student Representative, and Employee Representative.

NITO where you are

NITO has 19 local branches spread out in all parts of the country, close to the members' workplaces. Your local branch board works on the basis of NITO's goals and plans to support members, union representatives and business groups.
