Norway's working life is built on cooperation between employees, employers and government authorities. Ole Alexander Konstad, elected representative for NITO, will introduce the Nordic labour model and explain how it shapes working life in Norway today.
You'll also learn about employee rights, trade unions, and why many students and professionals choose to become members.
